Return & Refund Policy – Zarim

At Zarim, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetics products

  • Opened hair colors or beauty products

  • Personal care items after seal removal

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund if approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
